Packaging Engineer - Fulltime

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop packaging solutions for automotive components and assemblies.
• Evaluate packaging requirements to ensure product protection, cost efficiency, and compliance with customer specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing plants, and logistics teams on packaging implementation.
• Conduct packaging validation, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
• Create packaging specifications, standards, and documentation.
• Support packaging-related activities for new product launches.
• Analyze packaging costs and identify opportunities for optimization and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of packaging engineering experience.

Knowledge of packaging materials, design standards, and validation processes.

Experience in manufacturing or automotive environments preferred.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
