Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (Power BI | SQL | Power Platform)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join our team in Raritan, NJ. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis, reporting, and analytics, with expertise in Power BI, SQL, and the Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality reporting, analytics, and automation solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and reporting solutions.

• Develop and support Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and AI-enabled analytics solutions.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams to deliver reporting and analytics enhancements.

• Perform solution testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect validation, troubleshooting, and production support.

• Manage enhancement requests, bug fixes, release planning, and deployment activities.

• Monitor reporting performance and recommend continuous improvements across analytics platforms.

• Ensure reporting solutions align with business objectives and best practices.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Analytics Consultant, or Product Delivery Analyst.

• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and reporting.

• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.

• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Strong experience in business requirements gathering, stakeholder management, UAT, and Agile methodologies.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric.

• Knowledge of Alteryx, Jira, and Azure DevOps.

• Exposure to Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, or CRM environments.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
