Business Analyst :: Hybrid :: W2 Position

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Raritan, NJ (Onsite 3 Days/Week)
Experience: 10+ Years

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Analytics Consultant, or Product Delivery Analyst.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboards, reports, semantic models).
• Experience with SQL and reporting/analytics solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate).
• Experience gathering business requirements, writing user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong knowledge of UAT, defect tracking, stakeholder management, and Agile/Scrum.
• Experience supporting production issues, enhancements, and releases.

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft Fabric
• Alteryx
• Jira
• Azure DevOps
• Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, or CRM domain experience
