Systems Engineer - Systems Integrator

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Systems Engineer looking to work across both project delivery and BAU support within a growing technical team. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft infrastructure solutions while working with clients across healthcare, professional services, finance, and enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver end to end infrastructure and cloud projects.
• Provide Level 3 BAU support across customer environments.
• Deploy and support Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Design and implement Windows Server environments.
• Manage Entra ID, Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Deploy Intune, Autopilot and endpoint management solutions.
• Perform Microsoft 365 migrations including Exchange Online and SharePoint.
• Support virtualisation platforms including VMware and Hyper V.
• Manage backup, disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Troubleshoot networking including VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP and firewalls.
• Produce technical documentation and handover documentation.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers throughout project delivery.

Skills/Must Have:

• 4+ years' experience in Systems Engineering.
• Previous MSP or IT consulting experience is highly desirable.
• Strong customer facing communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a technical team.
• Passionate about learning new technologies and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Microsoft certifications such as AZ 104, AZ 305, MS 102 or equivalent are advantageous.
