Job Description:

Minimum Expr :  

⦁ 8- years of experience in data operations with strong focus on Azure Databricks. Lead onshore data operations (Azure data platform), accountable for, security, and compliance, and serving as the escalation owner for P1/P2 incidents and change coordination

⦁ Incident, Problem & Change Management

⦁ SLA Management (MTTR, Availability)

⦁ EDWH, BI, Databricks Operations

⦁ Root Cause Analysis & Troubleshooting

⦁ Runbook & SOP Development

⦁ Operational Metrics & Reporting

⦁ Cross-functional Coordination

⦁ Backlog & Queue Management

⦁ Understand the Databricks job failures/pipeline failures etc.
