Project Coordinator

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in project coordination, PMO, quality assurance, or related role.
• Associate s degree required.
• Strong typing skills required.
• Demonstrated experience documenting meeting notes, action items, decisions, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accurate, thorough, and timely documentation.
• Strong critical-thinking skills to identify gaps, inconsistencies, unclear ownership, and incomplete information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, or comparable project collaboration tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to follow up effectively with stakeholders.
• Resume must indicate that the candidate is located local to Boston, MA and willing to be in office 3 days every week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

Preferred Skills :

• Experience supporting technology implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile or Hybrid-Agile delivery methodology.
• Knowledge of Jira workflows, issue types, fields, statuses, priorities, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with PMO governance, document control, quality standards, and project reporting.
• Experience working with multiple workstreams, stakeholder groups, or geographically distributed teams.
• Experience conducting quality checks of project documentation, including test cases, defects, requirements, and assignments.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
