The Role

• Represent a premium window and door brand at retail locations, trade shows, and local events.
• Engage with potential customers, sparking interest in high-quality home improvement solutions.
• Generate qualified leads by scheduling in-home consultation appointments.
• Set up and maintain attractive product displays.
• Deliver personalized in-home consultations and professional installation services with the brand's direct-to-consumer model.

What You'll Need

• Reliable transportation to travel to various retail locations and events.
• A naturally outgoing personality and a passion for connecting with new people.
• Resilience and confidence to handle rejection positively.
• Enthusiasm for customer engagement and making excellent first impressions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs for display setup.
• Comfort and ability to stand and move around during shifts.
