Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager 3 (Treasury, Lottery)
Location: Dimondale, MI

Duration: 12 + Months

The candidate for this role will be working on various projects for the State of Michigan Treasury Department.

Top Skills & Years of Experience:

• 7+ years of in-depth knowledge of and experience in IT project management, including industry standard and best practices
• 7+ years of a proven record for delivering projects on time and on budget in a formal project manager role
• 7+ years of experience establishing and maintaining project budgets, schedules, change requests, risk and issue logs
• 7+ years of experience developing and delivering project status
• 5+ years of experience handling a variety of stakeholders and system owners from other departments
• 5+ years of experience overseeing Technical Teams with system architecture and integration across SaaS solutions - Required

 Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP Certification -
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role.
• Will close submissions on: 07/16/2026 at 10am EST
• Interview Process: Interviews will be conducted in-person and have been tentatively scheduled for July 21st and July 22nd - Candidates must be available for an in-person interview.
• Duration: 1 year with possible extension
• Hybrid: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week. (Tuesday/Wednesday)
• Local candidates: Must be within a 90-mile radius of Dimondale MI at time of submission
