Supply Chain Analyst – Demand & Inventory Planning and Data Science background
Florence, KY (2 days onsite per week)
12+ months contract

Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
Experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) Manufacturing, or Distribution industries.
Experience supporting Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, or Forecasting functions.
1–2 years of experience in supply chain, with exposure to supply/demand planning and new product launches
Experience working within continuous improvement environments and methodologies
Experience with production planning, materials management, sales and distribution, inventory management, and warehouse management
SAP experience preferred
Exposure to Integrated Business Planning (IBP), S&OP, and S&OE processes.
Experience with planning and forecasting platforms such as:
SAP IBP
SAP APO
Blue Yonder
OMP
Similar supply chain planning solutions
Experience with Python, Databricks, machine learning, or advanced analytics tools.
Knowledge of demand sensing and shaping and forecasting algorithms.
