Job Description

Job Summary (List Format): Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain & Manufacturing Consultant

- Provide functional leadership and expertise for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Manufacturing modules in a managed services (AMS) environment.
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise business stakeholders, translating operational requirements into scalable and supportable Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Lead solution design, architecture decisions, enhancements, integrations, and system optimizations.
- Deliver advanced (L2/L3/L4) application support including issue analysis, root cause identification, and long-term remediation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and system performance optimization; promote best practices for Dynamics 365 adoption.
- Support change management processes, regression testing, and release management for minor enhancements.
- Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and both offshore/onshore AMS resources.
- Ensure solutions comply with Microsoft standards, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Document functional designs, solution architecture, and operational/support procedures.
- Mentor junior consultants and support AMS process maturity and knowledge sharing.
- Leverage deep supply chain management and manufacturing business process expertise, preferably with experience in life sciences and diagnostics industries.
- Support and optimize integrations with third-party systems (e.g., TMS, WMS, EDI, financial systems).
- Exhibit strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
- Maintain end-to-end understanding of supply chain, production, logistics, and related processes.
- Contribute to incident, problem, and change management processes with a service excellence mindset.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; bachelor's degree required.
- Nice to have: industry certifications, experience in multi-country implementations, and exposure to Power Platform, Azure, or LCS.
