Senior Hardware Systems Engineer - Server & Cloud Infrastructure

Everpure, Inc. is seeking a Senior Hardware Systems Engineer to design and integrate high-performance compute, storage, and networking platforms that power our data and AI solutions. You will architect server and edge systems, validate performance, and optimize reliability for cloud and analytics workloads. Partner closely with software, data, and DevOps teams to ensure hardware platforms are scalable, secure, and cost-efficient. You'll mentor engineers, evaluate emerging technologies, and help shape Everpure's infrastructure strategy in a collaborative, learning-focused, and flexible environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design server, storage, and networking platforms to support large-scale data and analytics workloads.
• Lead system integration, validation, and performance benchmarking to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with data, software, and cloud teams to align hardware designs with platform and workload needs.
• Evaluate and prototype emerging hardware technologies to improve performance, efficiency, and cost.
• Develop standards, documentation, and best practices for hardware configuration, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design reviews and architecture decisions.
• Support capacity planning, resiliency, and security requirements for on-prem and hybrid cloud environments.
