The Role

• Guide customers through the entire process of planning and realizing their dream gardens, from initial consultation to final implementation.
• Utilize a range of modern sales tools, including website resources and in-store displays, to help customers visualize and customize their garden projects.
• Provide expert advice and connect customers with skilled tradespeople to ensure the successful completion of their garden dreams.
• Drive sales by offering comprehensive solutions and a personalized customer experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain an inspiring and well-organized garden department.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, technical, or commercial field (e.g., landscaping, horticulture, carpentry, agriculture, or similar).
• A passion for contemporary garden design and creative flair for bringing garden visions to life.
• Strong customer focus, excellent sales aptitude, and a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Proficiency in using modern presentation and planning tools, alongside standard Microsoft Office applications.
• Enthusiasm for working with customers and contributing to their successful projects.
