The Role

• Learn about products and services, including handling customer inquiries via phone.
• Support workforce planning and train customer service teams.
• Conduct quality and performance checks on calls and tickets.
• Compile information materials for customers and assist with project tasks.
• Potentially perform duties remotely as part of an IHK-certified concept.

What You'll Need

• Successful completion of secondary school (Haupt-, Realschulabschluss) or equivalent (A-levels/Matura).
• Strong engagement, talent, and personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written German.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
