Job Description:

We are seeking a Cloud-Centric Architect with strong expertise in Google Cloud, Conversational AI, and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience delivering projects using CCAI, CES, GECX, ADK, Vertex AI, or A2A, along with a very strong foundation in Python.

Candidates do not necessarily need to hold a GECX certification, but they must have direct hands-on knowledge or successfully delivered a project involving one or more of these technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and deploy conversational and generative AI solutions using Google CCAI, CES, Dialogflow CX/ES, and GECX.
• Build intelligent AI agents and agentic workflows using Playbooks, GenAI, and modern agent frameworks.
• Design multi-channel customer experiences across chat, voice, and telephony platforms.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications and backend systems through REST APIs, webhooks, microservices, and cloud services.
• Leverage Google Cloud Platform services such as Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and BigQuery to build scalable cloud-native solutions.
• Design and optimize intents, entities, conversation flows, prompts, grounding, and context-aware agent behavior.
• Develop agentic AI solutions, including autonomosemi-autonomous agents and multi-step reasoning workflows.
• Apply LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, grounding techniques, and GenAI to conversational use cases.
• Collaborate with product, UX, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, monitoring, reliability, and maintainability standards.
• Support CI/CD, deployment automation, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization of AI applications.

Must-Have Skills:

• Very strong Python programming skills – MUST
• Hands-on project experience with at least one of the following:
  • CCAI / CES / GECX
  • ADK / Vertex AI
  • A2A (Agent2Agent)
• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience with Google Customer Engagement Suite (CES), Dialogflow CX/ES, or GECX.
• Strong understanding of AI agents, agentic workflows, Playbooks, and conversational orchestration.
• Knowledge of LLMs, GenAI, prompt engineering, RAG, and grounding.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, microservices, and system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and BigQuery.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring, security, and scalable cloud deployments.

Preferred:

• GECX certification or equivalent hands-on GECX experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade Conversational AI / Agentic AI projects.
• Knowledge of modern Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) and agent-to-agent architectures.
• Strong architecture, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
