Senior Financial Analyst or Finance Manager to join their team and play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Develop, review, and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts
Analyze financial performance and investigate variances against plan
Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
Track and report weekly KPIs and business performance metrics
Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and management reports
Conduct budgeting versus actual variance analyses
Pull and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities
Partner with leadership to provide actionable financial insights
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Experience working in software, technology, SaaS, private equity-backed, or subscription-based business environments preferred
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate financial concepts to business leaders
