• Competitive basic salary of 25,000
• Achievable OTE of up to 55,000
• Uncapped earning potential for high performers
• Standard hours Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00, including a one-hour lunch break
• One set day off during the week to promote work-life balance
• Saturday work from 08:30 to 17:00
• Sunday rota from 10:00 to 16:00

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide expert advice
• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers
• Handle sales negotiations and complete all relevant documentation efficiently
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as a Car Sales Executive
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and industry awareness
• Deliver excellent after-sales support to foster customer loyalty

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive within the motor trade or automotive retail preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Motivated with a target-driven approach
• Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Full UK driving licence
