Outbound Sales Advisor

Are you a Sales Advisor, Telesales Executive, Sales Executive or Customer Sales Advisor looking for a role where you can earn excellent commission without cold calling?

Our client is a growing and successful natural health products business based in Cotgrave, Nottingham. Due to continued growth, they are looking for confident and motivated Outbound Sales Advisors to join their established sales team.

No experience required just a great attitude and a willingness to succeed.

This is a warm-lead sales position there is no cold calling. You'll contact customers who have already placed an online order, discuss their purchase and recommend relevant additional products.

You'll be working with fresh, high-intent customer leads, with the business currently achieving conversion rates of around 30%.

With a £25,000 basic salary, uncapped commission and realistic earnings of £35,000 £40,000 OTE, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers and wants to maximise their earning potential.

What You'll Be Doing

• Contacting customers who have recently placed online orders
• Working exclusively with warm and fresh customer leads
• Discussing customers' requirements and confirming their purchases
• Recommending relevant additional natural health products
• Upselling and cross-selling products in a consultative manner
• Building rapport and developing positive customer relationships
• Answering product-related questions, with full product training provided
• Accurately updating customer information on internal systems
• Working towards individual sales, conversion and revenue targets
• Increasing average order values through relevant product recommendations

What Does Success Look Like?

You'll typically manage customer orders per day, with successful advisors achieving around 1 2 additional sales per hour.

The focus isn't simply on making calls. You'll be expected to understand the customer's requirements, recommend appropriate products and provide a positive customer experience while achieving your sales targets.

What We're Looking For

No experience required just a great attitude and a willingness to succeed.

Previous experience within sales, telesales, telephone sales, outbound sales, retail sales or customer service is welcome, but is not essential.
