Multi-Skilled Engineer – Static Site Location: Tottenham Court Road, Central London<br />Salary: £50,000<br />Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm<br />Overtime: Available<br />Contract: Permanent We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a newly refurbished commercial office building in the Tottenham Court Road area. The building has undergone a major refurbishment with new plant and equipment and is currently going through mobilisation. This is a static, single-engineer site, with additional support from mobile engineers approximately 2–3 days per week. The Role

• Carry out planned and reactive building maintenance
• Complete PPMs across mechanical and electrical systems
• Plant room checks and maintenance
• Work with chillers, boilers and associated building services equipment
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding
• Identify faults and coordinate repairs where required
• Support the mobilisation of the newly refurbished site
• Liaise with contractors and the wider engineering team
• Maintain accurate maintenance records
• Provide a professional and client-facing service There is no engineer call-out requirement, as out-of-hours call-outs are covered by subcontractors. Requirements
• Qualified in either electrical or mechanical engineering
• Strong multi-skilled building services experience
• Previous commercial maintenance experience
• Experience with plant rooms, boilers, chillers and general M&amp;E systems
• Able to work independently
• Good communication and client-facing skills Package
