Job Description

We need your help to make a real difference to a person's life.

Fancy a change in career? Why not come and work for Home Instead Northampton. We have been rated as 'outstanding' care provider by the 'Care Quality Commission' as well as rated No.1 in Northamptonshire by 'Homecare.co.uk'.

Applicants will need to have a driving licence, access to a vehicle as well as be able to work every other weekend. You will also need to be able to work 2/3 evenings a week due to the nature of the business.

You must have the right to work within the UK, we are currently not offering VISA and Sponsaships

To support our Clients within their own homes, with Home Help tasks such as light cleaning duties
Provide Personal Care support
Provide Companionship support and to access the community where required
Prepare and cook meals where required (support nutritional and dietary needs)
Assist and administer medication (Full training will be provided)
Complete daily notes within our 'Care Planning App'
Attend team meetings where require
