  • Support direct sourcing activities and candidate outreach where required.
  • Promote the EOS employer brand through positive candidate interactions and professional communication.

Recruitment Coordination & Candidate Experience (30%)

  • Coordinate candidate interviews and manage interview logistics across multiple time zones.
  • Ensure candidates receive timely communication and updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support interview scheduling and partner with hiring teams to ensure an efficient hiring process.
  • Assist with recruitment administration, reporting and pipeline tracking.
  • Support offer preparation and onboarding coordination activities as required.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies, employment regulations and data privacy requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on candidate experience and recruitment efficiency.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or talent sourcing.
  • Experience conducting candidate screening interviews and evaluating candidate suitability.
  • Ability to assess technical skills and experience within infrastructure, IT, engineering or data centre environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in recruitment administration and documentation.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across different regions, cultures and time zones.
  • A proactive, collaborative and customer-focused approach.
