Job Description

Job Position: QA Automation Program Manager
Job Location: New Jersey
Job Duration: Full Time

Salary :: 160-180K+ Benefits

 

-          12 years of overall IT experience with preference in Banking Domain (Core banking, cards, treasury, and payment)

-          Transformation experience with Playwright with TypeScript (Strong TypeScript coding experience), BDD automation using Cucumber,.NET Core / .NET Framework applications, API automation using Rest Assured or RestSharp, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI coding assistants, Mobile testing using Appium with cloud platforms (Sauce Labs, Perfecto, or BrowserStack), Applitools, Jira integrations (AssertThat BDD, Zephyr, Xray)

-          Experience debugging, reviewing, validating, and optimizing automation code generated by AI assistants to ensure maintainability, reliability, and adherence to coding standards

-          Experience implementing AI-driven end-to-end Quality Engineering across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

-          Experience working with AI-powered automation workflows, intelligent test generation, and AI agents that improve software quality and engineering productivity

-          Strong Leadership skills with knowledge of program management

-          Excellent Time Management and Financial Management

-          Exceptional interpersonal skills

-          Ability to plan in a rapidly changing environment and provide guidance as required

-          Strong understanding of SDLC models and good knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile Project Management Principles

-          Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate complex issues to multiple audience

-          Communicate timelines and expectations to Technical and Business Staff

-          Should be proficient in PM Tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Jira board, Confluence, MS Office etc

Certification in program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) preferred.
