The Role

• Meet with business owners and families within your assigned territory Monday through Thursday to present supplemental insurance solutions.
• Follow a proven 10-step sales process, enhanced by AI coaching, to effectively engage prospects and close deals.
• Educate clients on how the company's products bridge gaps in traditional health coverage.
• Collaborate with a supportive team, sharing best practices and celebrating successes.
• Grow your book of business through consistent performance and client relationship building.

What You'll Need

• A strong work ethic and motivation to control your own income potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
• A self-starter attitude, coachable and eager to learn and apply a proven system.
• Comfort with travel within your assigned territory for client appointments Monday–Thursday.
