The Role

• Meet with business owners and families within your assigned territory Monday through Thursday to educate them on supplemental insurance solutions.
• Utilize a proven 10-step sales system, enhanced by AI coaching, to effectively identify needs, present solutions, and close deals.
• Engage in face-to-face interactions to build relationships and understand client requirements.
• Collaborate with a supportive team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and mutual success.
• Focus on building client relationships and closing sales while administrative tasks are handled by the back office.

What You'll Need

• A strong work ethic and a desire to control your income potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients.
• A self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and follow a proven system.
• Comfort with overnight travel within your territory from Monday to Thursday.
• Age 18 or older.
