The Role

• Conduct strategic sales consultations with new and existing commercial clients, recommending pest prevention solutions.
• Perform property inspections to identify issues and develop tailored service plans.
• Build trusted relationships by empathetically understanding client needs and clearly explaining practical solutions.
• Achieve sales goals through dedicated prospecting and effective utilization of sales tools.
• Utilize provided technology, such as an iPad, for sales agreements and organization.
• Prioritize safety, professionalism, and integrity in all client and coworker interactions.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; sales experience is preferred but not required.
• A valid driver's license is essential.
• Willingness to obtain the necessary pesticide license, with company sponsorship.
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact with diverse clientele.
• Physical capability to perform job duties, including climbing ladders, accessing confined spaces, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Adaptability to work in various weather conditions.
