As a Business Recruiter focused on GTM hiring, you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and closing world-class talent across our revenue organization.

You'll partner directly with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Operations to understand hiring needs, shape recruiting strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. You'll help define how we scale our business teams while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership. Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and business functions, including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Business Operations. Partner closely with hiring managers and executives to develop hiring strategies aligned to company goals. Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent mapping. Drive candidate engagement and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.

Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, interview design, and hiring best practices. Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top performers from high-growth technology companies. Leverage recruiting data and funnel analytics to continuously improve hiring outcomes. Help build scalable recruiting processes, interviewer training programs, and talent assessment frameworks. Champion Alchemy's culture and values throughout every stage of the recruiting process.

Partner cross-functionally with People Operations, Finance, and leadership teams to support organizational growth initiatives.
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth technology company, executive search firm, or recruiting agency.
~ Demonstrated success hiring GTM talent across multiple functions and seniority levels.
~ Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
~ Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to drive decisions.
~ Experience recruiting for developer-focused, infrastructure, SaaS, AI, fintech, or crypto companies.

Familiarity with Ashby or modern recruiting technology stacks. Passion for emerging technologies, AI, blockchain, or developer ecosystems. Benefits and Perks
