The Regional Finance Manager partners with Region VP and Sales Management Team to drive business results, processes and analytical support.

This position will be responsible for leading regional planning/forecasting, publishing timely financial results, providing value-added analysis on key business issues and implementing finance initiatives. Executes monthly operating income analysis (Entire P&L) to include:(Revenue, Standard Margin Analysis, Cost Analysis & Freight SG&A)

Produces KPI performance reporting.

Business Analysis (40% of Time)
•
Interpret customer profitability/MORE initiative.
•
Complete workflow analysis and process improvement projects.
•
Business Partner/Special projects (20% of Time)
•
Assist in building strategic plan.
•
Ensure maximum efficiency through capital management and project analysis.
•
Responsible for analysis of real estate and facility segments.
•
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting minimum requirement.
MBA, CPA, CMA and professional certification highly preferred.
~7+ years of progressive finance experience. Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, BI, and SAP. Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
