Job Description

Marvin is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to lead compensation strategy for our Manufacturing-focused Human Resources & Talent Management team. In this people-first, family-owned environment, you will design, analyze, and administer competitive pay programs that attract, motivate, and retain talent across production, engineering, sales, and corporate roles. Responsibilities include market pricing, salary structure design, incentive plan modeling, pay equity analysis, job evaluation, and compensation governance. You'll consult with HR and business leaders, provide data-driven insights, support annual merit and bonus cycles, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in our total rewards programs.

Responsibilities

  • Design and administer base pay, incentive, and other compensation programs for manufacturing and corporate roles
  • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking studies to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices
  • Develop and maintain salary structures, ranges, and job architectures aligned with Marvin's philosophy
  • Lead annual merit, promotion, and bonus cycles, providing tools and guidance to HR and leaders
  • Perform pay equity, compression, and internal alignment analyses and recommend corrective actions
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders on offers, promotions, and retention recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with compensation-related laws, regulations, and internal governance standards
  • Provide data-driven insights, dashboards, and presentations to HR and senior leadership
  • Support continuous improvement of compensation processes, tools, and policies
  • Collaborate across HR and Talent Management on total rewards communication and education
