Job Description
Arna Accounting is looking for a proactive and result-oriented business development executive (BDE) to join our team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Create and manage engaging content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, using Canva to design professional and visually appealing creatives.
- Identify, research, qualify, and generate potential business leads through various online channels.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and effective lead management.
- Research prospective corporate clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Generate, nurture, and follow up on leads regularly to convert them into potential business opportunities.
- Assist in planning and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and support lead generation efforts.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, lead generation techniques, and digital marketing best practices.
- Draft, schedule, and send professional email communications to prospective clients.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in lead generation, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and social media management tools.
Work Timings: 12:30 PM to 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Salary Range: 2,00,000 - 3,60,000 per annum
