Job Description

Arna Accounting is looking for a proactive and result-oriented business development executive (BDE) to join our team.


Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create and manage engaging content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, using Canva to design professional and visually appealing creatives.
  • Identify, research, qualify, and generate potential business leads through various online channels.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and effective lead management.
  • Research prospective corporate clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Generate, nurture, and follow up on leads regularly to convert them into potential business opportunities.
  • Assist in planning and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and support lead generation efforts.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, lead generation techniques, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Draft, schedule, and send professional email communications to prospective clients.
  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in lead generation, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms and social media management tools.


Work Timings: 12:30 PM to 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)


Salary Range: 2,00,000 - 3,60,000 per annum

Location: Ahmedabad
