The Role

• Drive new business growth within an assigned territory through prospecting and qualification.
• Conduct on-site assessments and deliver presentations for facility service programs.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain accurate client information and activity logs in a CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial supply or related fields.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a willingness to receive coaching.
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
• Must comply with auto insurance requirements for business use of a personal vehicle.
