Field Service Engineer

The Role

We are seeking a skilled Service & Calibration Engineer to join the team in Poole. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for servicing, repairing, and calibrating ultrasonic equipment both at customer sites and within the company’s workshop.

Key responsibilities include:

• Fault finding, diagnostics, and repair of ultrasonic equipment
• Calibration and testing at customer premises and in-house
• Supporting installations and providing technical assistance
• Completing service documentation in line with company procedures
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Travel Nationally and Internationally

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Minimum 5 years’ mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic engineering experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and practical thinking
• Excellent communication skills for working with customers and colleagues
• A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence (travel required)
