Purpose of the Role
As a Team Administrator supporting the Systematic investment teams, you will be the operational backbone for portfolio managers, the Client Portfolio Management team, and the broader Systematic business, working closely with colleagues in both Boston and London. No two days look the same. Your work will span calendar and travel management, client meeting logistics, materials preparation, and general office coordination, all in service of keeping a fast-moving investment team running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Full administrative support to portfolio managers and investment teams as needed, including calendar management
- Coordinating domestic and international business travel for portfolio managers and the wider Systematic team, including tickets, accommodation, taxi’s, visas, meetings and itineraries
- Support the Client Portfolio Management team; liaise with the global sales teams, organize client meetings and conference calls, booking conference rooms, catering, AV/ VC equipment if required.
- Ensuring the smooth running of the department on a daily basis, including monitoring the mailboxes, responding to requests, scheduling meetings.
- Providing remote cover for London.
- Collating meeting packs
- Onsite support for events
- Liaise with local and regional administrative teams to ensure coordination across Man’s global business
- Assist with ad hoc projects as necessary, and providing cover for colleagues when needed, including printing and binding sales and marketing materials
Qualifications
- 4+ years in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Effective collaborator and team player
- Strong time management skills; ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments, with a high degree of accuracy, and meet deadlines in a high pressure environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- High energy level and ability to perform in a fast paced environment under demanding conditions
- Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Salesforce and Pardot experience is not required, but a plus (also for expenses)
- Experience with travel booking and expense reports
- Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as databases
The anticipated based salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation packages would also include benefits and a discretionary bonus. This is the base salary range that the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting based on the location and requirements of the position as well as the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant. The Firm reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
Massachusetts Pay Range
$65,000 - $80,000 USD
