Project Manager – Lending Software / FinTech

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in FinTech, mortgage lending, financial services, or lending software.
• Prior experience working with mortgage companies, mortgage lenders, loan servicing organizations, or mortgage technology providers.
• Strong project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Dallas according to the hybrid schedule.
