Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead and oversee enterprise infrastructure operations across cloud, network, systems, identity, and end user technologies. This role will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, scalability, and performance of critical technology platforms that support a multi site, business critical environment.
As the Infrastructure Manager, you will lead a team of highly skilled engineers and architects while establishing operational discipline through ownership, documentation, monitoring, change management, and service excellence. You will partner closely with cybersecurity, service desk, compliance, and business leaders to drive infrastructure strategy, mitigate risk, and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop a team of infrastructure professionals, including architects, team leads, and engineers
• Oversee Azure cloud infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, virtual desktops, backups, and cost optimization
• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, and enterprise identity services
• Ensure the reliability and performance of enterprise networking, including firewalls, internet connectivity, SD WAN, and multi site operations
• Implement and maintain operational processes for monitoring, patching, incident management, problem management, and change control
• Establish and maintain infrastructure standards, system ownership documentation, runbooks, diagrams, and operational procedures
• Develop infrastructure roadmaps, capacity plans, budgets, and vendor management strategies aligned with business objectives
• Partner with cybersecurity, compliance, and service desk teams to address risks, support audits, and improve escalation processes
Key Requirements
• 8+ years of infrastructure experience with at least 3 years of people leadership experience managing technical teams
• Strong hands on expertise with Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and hybrid cloud environments
• Experience supporting enterprise networking technologies including routing, switching, firewalls, SD WAN, and site connectivity
• Proven experience implementing ITIL based processes such as change management, incident management, and problem management
• Experience managing infrastructure budgets, vendor relationships, capacity planning, and technology roadmaps
• Background creating structure within growing environments through documentation, standards, governance, and operational ownership
• Experience working within healthcare or other regulated industries and supporting compliance initiatives such as HIPAA, HITRUST, or SOC frameworks is preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, and executive presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary of $165,000 to $175,000 based on experience
• Annual discretionary bonus

• Three weeks of PTO
• Hybrid work schedule with three days onsite and two days remote in Dallas, TX
