The Role

• Delight customers with expert advice and exceptional service at the fresh food counter, focusing on meat, sausage, cheese, and delicatessen.
• Skillfully prepare and portion products, showcasing expertise in meat handling and presentation.
• Independently create specialty items using in-house recipes.
• Ensure outstanding product display, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards through meticulous attention to detail.
• Contribute to the overall positive customer experience by maintaining a welcoming and efficient counter.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a completed apprenticeship as a butcher, meat cutter, or food sales assistant specializing in butchery.
• A genuine passion for interacting with people and a strong interest in the retail sector.
• A reliable, responsible, and team-oriented work ethic, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work in a rotating shift system, including Saturdays, with a primary focus on early shifts.
• An eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
