Description

The position is based in New York, NY, and is a contract role. The Agile Scrum Master will facilitate high-performing Agile delivery within financial services teams. This role requires strong facilitation and coaching skills to ensure alignment with Agile principles, focusing on continuous improvement and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate core squad events such as daily stand-ups, iteration planning, and reviews.
• Guide teams in removing impediments and resolving risks or dependencies.
• Coach team members in Agile practices to enhance performance.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to optimize delivery across value streams.
• Maintain delivery readiness through structured preparation activities.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Agile delivery within financial services environments.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Proven ability to guide teams through complex delivery conditions.
• Proficiency in coaching teams at varying maturity levels.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
