Senior Scrum Master

Senior Scrum Master - Irving, TX - Contract W2/C2C - $54-64 Per HR

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master Sr to lead strategic technology initiatives in a hybrid setting. This contract role requires strong Agile leadership and project management skills to ensure the smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile practices to enhance delivery maturity.
• Identify and remove impediments to maintain sprint commitments.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Communicate project status and risks to leadership transparently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Project Manager role.
• Proven track record in managing software development projects in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and release management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
