Required Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare enrollment and EDI processing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ANSI 834 Enrollment Transactions.
  • Experience working with healthcare enrollment platforms (Facets preferred).
  • Strong analytical, testing, and issue-resolution skills.

     

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage inbound/outbound ANSI X12 834 enrollment files.
  • Validate, test, and audit enrollment data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Support end-to-end enrollment transaction testing with internal teams and external partners.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve EDI, data, and file processing issues.
  • Ensure accurate member enrollment into healthcare systems, including Facets.
  • Support UAT, system testing, and enrollment workflow validation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve enrollment processes.
