Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing engaging content for websites, ensuring it aligns with the brand's voice and meets the needs of the target audience. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO principles, excellent writing skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

TOP 5 SKILLS REQUIRED:
o Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, or equivalent experience. Portfolio of support article and/or UX content that demonstrates an understanding of product design processes and showcases content decisions.
o Three to five years' mid-level experience in support content, UX writing, or content design for a consumer or business audience, with some experience managing content projects independently. Two+ years' experience in content strategy balancing user testing, industry research, and other analytics for marketing and business needs.
o Three to five years' experience writing UX for digital spaces (e.g., support articles, account management flows, mobile apps). Experience writing or editing microcopy, including error messages, button labels, or status messages.
o Strong attention to detail and a knack for communicating complex concepts clearly and concisely. Agile or development cycle experience (two+ years preferred).
o Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD) and project management systems (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or Workfront) as well as conversation design a plus.

Content writer
The content writer is responsible for writing UX content for att.com/support, including customer-facing articles and troubleshooting tools. This may include content for both consumer and business audiences. The ideal candidate can turn technical and legal jargon into plain English while following our brand voice and accessibility guidelines.

Primary responsibilities
Take content from concept to publication, implementing AT&T digital experience standards and business objectives.
Review and collaborate on new and existing support articles and UX comps to deliver the best customer experiences.
Ensure all content follows style guide, editorial, SEO, and accessibility guidelines as well as AT&T brand voice and tone.
Support scrum teams and collaborate with designers, product managers, developers, business partners, and legal to regularly release new features.
Core competencies & requirements
Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, or equivalent experience.
Portfolio of support article and/or UX content that demonstrates an understanding of product design processes and showcases content decisions.
Three to five years' mid-level experience in support content, UX writing, or content design for a consumer or business audience, with some experience managing content projects independently.
Two+ years' experience in content strategy balancing user testing, industry research, and other analytics for marketing and business needs.
Three to five years' experience writing UX for digital spaces (e.g., support articles, account management flows, mobile apps).
Exceptional collaboration skills and comfortable guiding stakeholders through customer journeys.
Experience writing or editing microcopy, including error messages, button labels, or status messages.
Strong attention to detail and a knack for communicating complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Agile or development cycle experience (two+ years preferred).
Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD) and project management systems (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or Workfront) a plus.
