Position Details

Role Title:National Partnerships Manager

Flexible location: Sydney, Melbourne, or any capital city in Australia.

Hours: Monday-Friday with hybrid working WFH

About the Role

As our National Partnerships Manager, you'll be responsible for developing new corporate accounts and driving growth within employer and broker markets.

You'll identify commercial opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and collaborate with operational teams to deliver innovative solutions that create value for our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify, pursue and secure new corporate partnerships and service opportunities.
  • Grow relationships with key stakeholders across employer and broker markets.
  • Support tender submissions and strategic business opportunities.

About You

  • Similar experience within Occupational Rehabilitation, Broker, Personal Injury, Workers Compensation or Insurance.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed business growth and revenue targets.
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining sustainable, long-term customer partnerships.
  • Ability to identify emerging market trends and uncover innovative service opportunities that create value for customers and the business.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, business development and relationship management skills, with a customer-first approach.
  • Highly desirable: Allied Health qualification with relevant professional registration.
