ReadyCase Application Support Specialist

NSW Health's Mental Health Review Tribunal is seeking an Application Support Officer to maintain and enhance the ReadyCase system while delivering frontline ICT support to staff and Members. You will ensure secure, reliable technology services that underpin the Tribunal's statutory functions and case management workflows.

You will work with internal staff and external vendors to implement upgrades, test changes, and improve processes.
