Workday Compensation Consultant - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Workday Compensation Consultant for a hybrid position (3 days onsite per week required) with a Global Financial Institution located in Minneapolis, MN or Charlotte, NC. This is a 4+ month contract opportunity.

This individual will partner with business stakeholders to capture requirements, design solutions, and develop proof-of-concept configurations within the client's Advanced Compensation environment to validate functionality and business fit. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a passion for optimizing business processes and enhancing the user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis and design of automated merit increase enhancements within Workday Compensation Review (Advanced Compensation), delivering scalable solutions that align with business objectives and provide an intuitive, high-quality user experience
• Partner with stakeholders to document and communicate business processes, requirements, data flows, and user experiences through clear and effective artifacts
• Drive planning, coordination, configuration, and testing activities to support successful product delivery and implementation
• Create high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria that clearly define business needs and support Agile delivery teams
• Track work, dependencies, and progress within Jira and Agile delivery frameworks to ensure transparent and effective execution
• Mentor and influence team members by sharing expertise, providing guidance, and promoting best practices across the product team

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
• Deep expertise in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation configuration
• Demonstrated experience in the design, configuration, and administration of Workday Compensation Review (Advanced Compensation)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Desired skills:

• Experience with Business Requirement Documents
• Experience with End to End Testing

Pay range: $43.13 - $51.13 per hour
