IFS Architect

Job Title:   IFS Architect 
Duration : Contract to Hire
Location : Remote 

Position Description:
Seeking an experienced IFS Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise IFS ERP solutions. This role will serve as the technical and functional authority across complex implementations, defining scalable solution architectures, guiding cross-functional delivery teams, leading solution workshops, and ensuring implementations align with IFS best practices while minimizing customization and maximizing long-term customer value.
Key Requirements:

• Deep expertise with IFS Cloud and earlier IFS Applications versions
• Strong ERP solution architecture and end-to-end design experience
• Experience with Enterprise Asset Management, Finance, Maintenance, and other core IFS modules
• Proven experience designing multi-site or multi-entity ERP implementations
• Strong knowledge of ERP integrations, data flows, configuration, and extension strategies
• Ability to lead solution workshops and engage executive and technical stakeholders
• Experience governing solution architecture, documentation, and implementation standards
• Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience contributing to proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and pre-sales activities
• Ability to balance strategic architecture with hands-on delivery in a consulting environment

Preferred:

• Professional Services consulting experience
• Experience leading cross-functional ERP implementation teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Experience optimizing ERP performance and minimizing customization through IFS best practices
