Job Title: EcoSys Functional SME / EcoSys Consultant

Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced EcoSys Functional SME to support the implementation, configuration, and administration of the EcoSys Project Controls platform. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with EcoSys configuration, project controls, and EPC/Oil & Gas projects.

The consultant will work closely with project teams to configure EcoSys, provide user support, manage system upgrades, coordinate integrations, and ensure the platform follows organizational standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer EcoSys projects, users, and project structures.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into EcoSys configurations.
• Support implementation and rollout of EcoSys across projects.
• Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and user training.
• Maintain EcoSys templates, standards, and governance.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and production deployments.
• Monitor system performance and resolve production issues.
• Support integrations with Primavera P6, SAP/ERP, Aconex, and other enterprise systems.
• Validate data, troubleshoot interface issues, and ensure data accuracy.
• Work with project controls teams to improve reporting and system usage.
• Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and product enhancements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for EcoSys processes and reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on EcoSys configuration and administration.
• 10+ years of experience in Project Controls, EPC, or enterprise application support.
• Strong knowledge of EcoSys implementation and support.
• Experience with Primavera P6, SAP/ERP, and Aconex integrations.
• Experience supporting system upgrades and deployments.
• Strong understanding of project controls and EPC workflows.
• Experience in Oil & Gas or EPC industry.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Project Controls background.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of project cost management, scheduling, and reporting.
• Experience working with global project teams.
