Job Description
We are seeking an Entry Level Customer Service And Sales Agent to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
There is no guaranteed salary or hourly pay. Actual earnings depend on individual sales performance and commissions earned under the company's commission program.
