Summary:
Growth Marketing Engineer to provide dedicated engineering support for Subscriptions consumer marketing initiatives. The position entails developing and maintaining the technical infrastructure supporting acquisition and retention campaigns as marketing investments expand from exploratory testing to multi-million-dollar programs. This role is project-based and campaign-driven, requiring close collaboration with marketing leads and existing engineering stakeholders rather than direct ownership of a specific product surface.\n
Primary Responsibilities:\n

• Develop and maintain deep links for paid campaigns, influencer attribution, referrals, and off-platform channels, incorporating optimized targeted routing solutions.
\n
• Construct custom audience data tables derived from cross-app user behavioral metrics and integrate them with advertising platform infrastructure.
\n
• Implement and maintain conversion tracking mechanisms (advertising pixels) within user onboarding flows to enable real-time campaign optimization based on funnel behavior.
\n
• Support targeted marketing email initiatives by mapping user behavioral signals into defined audience parameters.
\n
• Execute end-to-end growth and promotional experimentation.
\n

Key Required Competencies:\n

• Deep Linking and Mobile Attribution: Expertise in developing and managing campaign links across web and mobile applications.
\n
• SQL and Data Pipelines: Proficiency in constructing audience segmentation tables from complex behavioral datasets.
\n
• Advertising Platform Integration: Proficiency with conversion pixels, custom audience integrations, and campaign tracking architectures.
\n
• Backend or Full-Stack Engineering: Demonstrated skill in Python alongside Hack/PHP, Java, or JavaScript.
\n
• A/B Testing and Experimentation Frameworks: Experience in designing, executing, and evaluating growth experiments.
