Job Title: Veeva Vault CRM Integration Lead
Location: Indianapolis, IN Onsite
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Veeva Vault CRM Integration Lead to lead the end-to-end integration workstream for a large-scale Veeva CRM to Veeva Vault CRM migration within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing integration delivery across multiple systems, vendors, and global teams while ensuring successful migration, validation, testing, and production readiness. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on integration expertise, and experience working in regulated Life Sciences environments.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of IT experience with 7+ years of hands-on experience in Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault Platform.
- Strong experience leading Veeva CRM to Vault CRM migration and enterprise integration projects.
- Expertise in designing, developing, and managing integrations across Veeva Vault Platform and enterprise applications.
- Experience coordinating integrations with ERP, HR, MDM, Marketing Cloud, and other enterprise systems.
- Hands-on experience with System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation, defect management, and production deployment.
- Experience managing integration lifecycle including discovery, solution design, development, deployment, testing, hypercare, and transition to support.
- Strong understanding of CSV (Computer System Validation) and documentation required in regulated pharmaceutical environments.
- Experience with integration monitoring, observability, incident management, and post-production support.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Exposure to Databricks.
- Experience with Veeva Vault Java SDK, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience working in global pharmaceutical or Life Sciences organizations.
