Technical Business Analyst

Position Details:
Client: Banking/Financial
Title: Technical Business Analyst (Capital Market and Front Office/Backoffice/Collateral Management)
Duration: 6+ months (Contract) Possibility of Extension
Location: Toronto - Hybrid
Pay Rate Range: $50/hr -125/hr open for rate exceptions

Must Haves:

• 10+ years experience as a Business Analyst within Capital Markets or Treasury environments.


• 3+ years hands-on experience in collateral management (preferably migration or integration projects).


• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and collateral management processes (margining, settlements, optimization).


• Advanced SQL skills (joins, subqueries, group by) for data validation and analysis.


• Proven experience acting as a Scrum Master or Project Manager, managing sprint cycles and backlog prioritization.


• Ability to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  Experience in data migration projects and working closely with developers.


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills able to work directly with business users.
