We are seeking a highly motivated physician to join a leading psychosomatic clinic in Germany, recognized as the third-largest in the country. This is an exceptional opportunity to work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing specialized care for adolescents.

The Role

• Assume leading physician responsibilities for the psychosomatic youth ward, with a clear path to full specialist leadership.
• Oversee clinical processes and the entire psychotherapeutic treatment journey for young patients, with structured guidance.
• Represent the chief physician in a leading senior physician capacity and contribute significantly to service development.
• Conduct supervisions for pediatric and adolescent psychotherapists in training, fostering their professional growth.
• Manage patient admissions, conduct family counseling sessions, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings to ensure high-quality care.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training or are in the 4th year of training as an assistant physician in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy, with advanced therapy training.
• Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team including physicians, psychologists, nursing staff, educational teams, and specialized therapists.
• A passion for working with children and adolescents in a psychosomatic setting.
• Willingness to undertake on-call duties from home in cooperation with adult station senior physicians.
• Eagerness to take on leadership responsibilities and contribute to service innovation.
