Field workforce management WFM tool experience Hands on experience with field dispatch workforce management tools such as Salesforce Field Service, Oracle Field Service TOA, ClickSoftware, ServiceNow FSM, or IFSClevest specifically involving technician scheduling, routedispatch optimization, appointmentcapacity management, or geofenced job execution. Candidates WFM experience must be fieldmobile workforce, not contactcenteragent scheduling. Experience in environments where they had to investigate and define business needs from ambiguous or incomplete requests not just document requirements that were already defined by someone else. Work directly with business stakeholders not only within a BA team, with strong written and verbal communication skills up to VPlevel audiences.
