Client Services Project Manager

Upchurch is seeking a Service Project Account Executive to lead client service projects and grow key accounts within our professional, scientific, and technical services practice. In this role, you will own the full project lifecycle-from discovery and scoping through delivery and follow-up-while serving as the primary point of contact for clients. You will coordinate consulting and technical teams, track milestones and budgets, and communicate progress clearly. You will also identify opportunities to expand engagements, support proposal development, and contribute to improving our project delivery methods in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client service projects from scoping through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes
• Serve as primary client contact, building strong relationships and translating business needs into project plans
• Coordinate with internal consulting and technical teams to allocate resources and track milestones
• Prepare proposals, statements of work, timelines, and status reports for client engagements
• Monitor project performance, risks, and issues, recommending corrective actions as needed
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client accounts
• Support development of project management standards, tools, and best practices
